ABIDING IN HIS PRESENSE (MASTERING THE SECRET OF ALIGNMENT TO GOD)

"I am the vine, you are the branches, he who abides

 in me and i in him bears much fruit for without

 me you can do nothing" (John.15:5)

 In a time and season when trails, distractions, and evil exceed, in a seductive world where to commit iniquity is always at our door steps and it seems as if there is no hope for uprightness, believers who are destined to transform the world are either distracted by the rat race of life or either held down by one sin or the other. average believers finds it difficult to concentrate with God and receive the blue print for their lives. God is ever ready to enable us in any of our weakness for us to survive this challenge. 

when we understand the dynamics of abiding in him then we will know that it is only in his presence that is more desirable than any endeavors of man. Below are the basic secret for abiding.

1. SUSTAINING YOUR PASSION FOR GOD

What the devil is after is to use every possible medium to quench your passion for God because a passionate believer will always crave for more of God and align more to the holy spirit.

The human being haS 3 cardinal appetite which are 1. craving for food. 2. craving for sex and stimulus 3. craving for pleasure.

Let me skip the rest and explain the crave for pleasure. which include the joy one derive from social media, comedy, movies, games,sports and lot more. why this things may be good we should understand that  when your satisfy the crave for all this things it kills and reduces your zeal for God thereby making you creep spiritually and the funny thing is that one who engages to satisfy his crave for this pleasure are always prune to sin and receive scarce oil from God. 

So for you to maintian your passion reduce your excesess in pleasure and draw more to the things of God. u can even decide to quit some pleasurable act like watching football or ungodly Movies  and lot more and sacrificially focus to the basic dealings of God over your life (Rom.8:2)

2. UNDERSTANDING GOD AS A FATHER

God as a father unveils the love and readiness of him to help you in any difficult face you find yourselves in abiding in him. the blind man cried "Jesus Son of David have mercy on me " when you see God as a father u will always run to him to help you because him alone has the blueprint for your life and is ever ready to help you.

3.STAY CONNECTED WITH BRETHREN WHO WILL ALWAYS ENCOURAGE YOU TO PRESS FURTHER IN GOD.

For you to abide always interact with believers who have more experience than you and will always encourage you to press on. feel free to explain any difficulty and try to maintain prayer chain or bible study with them. this will go a long way in making you crave more for God and abide in him

 4. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND BE FOCUS.

Discipline is also a prerequisite any man that must go far with God and abide must be focus on him and avoid distractions
